If you represent a business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates taking effect immediately upon posting.

Global CropScience manufactures precision bio-inputs. Safety and efficacy depend on correct application. You agree to:

• Follow all dosage and application instructions provided on product labels.
• Conduct a small-scale patch test before widespread application.
• Store products in original packaging, away from children and heat sources.
• Ensure compliance with local agricultural safety standards during use.

All orders placed via our website or authorized dealers are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

• Pricing: All prices are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments: We accept UPI, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
• Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

We provide Pan-India shipping through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary by district.

• Timeline: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days.
• Tracking: Tracking IDs are shared via SMS/Email once the order is dispatched.
• Risk: Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.

Due to the sensitivity of bio-agricultural products, our return policy is strict but fair:

• Returns are accepted only for physical damage during transit or incorrect product delivery.
• Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos.
• Refunds are processed within 10-14 days after verification.

As a user of GCS products and services, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or analyze the chemical composition of our proprietary formulas.
• Provide false or misleading information during order placement.
• Use our brand name for unauthorized resale or misrepresentation.

Agricultural results are influenced by numerous variables beyond our control, including weather, soil condition, water quality, and existing pest pressure.

Except as expressly stated on product packaging, our products are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global CropScience's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and formulations are the exclusive property of Global CropScience. No part of this website or product documentation may be reproduced without written permission.

All Global CropScience products are formulated and registered in compliance with Indian agricultural regulations and bio-input standards. We adhere to all state and central guidelines for manufacturing and distribution.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch. Once a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you purchase through a third-party dealer or distributor, you are subject to both our core Terms and the dealer's specific store policies. GCS is only responsible for product quality, while service issues remain with the dealer.

Global CropScience shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping strikes, or government lockdowns.

The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
