1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to the following scenarios:
- Manufacturing Defects: Irregularities in chemical composition or packaging seal failures confirmed by our QC.
- Transit Damage: Physical damage to containers or leakage occurring during shipment.
- Incorrect Delivery: Receipt of products different from what was specified in the order confirmation.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No Use, No Refund
Once a seal is broken or the product is used, it cannot be returned or refunded due to bio-security reasons.
Global CropScience cannot offer refunds in the following instances:
- Improper Storage: Products not kept in recommended cool/dry conditions after receipt.
- Reporting Delay: Issues reported after the mandatory 24-hour window.
- Change of Mind: Cancellation or return requests after the order has been dispatched.
- Indirect Loss: Claims related to crop yield or seasonal variations.
3. Reporting an Issue
24-Hour Strict Deadline
All discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Late reports will not be entertained.
When reporting an issue, please follow these steps:
- Capture clear high-resolution photos of the outer box and the damaged product.
- Record a short video of the unboxing to verify transit damage.
- Retain the original invoice and shipping label.
4. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted for inspection, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be absolutely unused and in its original secondary packaging.
- The batch number, hologram, and all labels must be intact and legible.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be included with the return package.
5. Refund Process
Our standard operating procedure for refunds involves:
- Initial Review: Our customer support team reviews your report and media proof.
- Technical Validation: The Quality Assurance team verifies the batch and reported defect.
- Decision: You will be notified of "Approval" or "Rejection" via email/SMS.
- Return/Disposal: Based on the type of product, we will provide pickup instructions or disposal guidelines.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, the transaction is initiated immediately:
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Method: Refunds are processed only through the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI/Card).
- Bank Delays: Please note that credit card providers may take additional time for posting transactions.
7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are time-sensitive:
- Pre-Dispatch: Full cancellation is allowed before the order leaves our warehouse.
- Post-Dispatch: Once the tracking ID is generated, no cancellations or modifications can be accepted.
- Special Orders: Custom-formulated pack sizes cannot be cancelled once production begins.
8. Shipping Responsibility
Liability for return shipping costs depends on the reason for return:
- Valid Defects/Transit Damage: Global CropScience will arrange free pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
- Non-Defective Returns: If a return is allowed specifically by our team for other reasons, the customer is responsible for safe transit and costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Global CropScience's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to crop loss or loss of revenue.

No. For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept any products with broken seals or signs of use.
Global CropScience covers shipping only for manufacturing defects or transit damage. For any other case, the customer handles shipping costs.
